A2 vocabulary
At A2 the invisible arrives: feelings, opinions, paperwork. And with it the verbs that govern a preposition, which are half the level: penser à (to think about) against penser de (to have an opinion of), commencer à, essayer de, réussir à, décider de. Here you learn the verb with its preposition or you have not learnt it. The suffixes that open whole families arrive too: -tion gives a thousand nouns that English shares (information, situation), -eur gives the trade (vendeur, chanteur) and -ment turns an adjective into an adverb (lentement, rapidement).
