AstraMentisDelete your account
You can delete your AstraMentis account and all your data at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
How to do it
1. Sign in to AstraMentis with your username and password.
2. Open Profile (the person icon, bottom right).
3. At the end of the "Your account" section, tap Delete my account.
4. Type your password and the confirmation word you are asked for.
What is removed
Your account, practice history, levels, notes, collections, your own cards and, if you are a patron, your subscription are removed at once. No copy is kept; the hosting provider's technical logs expire on their own within days.
If you cannot sign in
If you have forgotten your password, use "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in screen to set a new one, then follow the steps above. If you cannot sign in at all, write to the contact below from your account's email address and we will delete it by hand within thirty days.
